Start Your Business

Robin Suomi, Executive Director of the Loudoun Small Business Development Center, will lead participants through the essential steps for successfully starting a small business. Kelly Keyser Thompson, an insurance specialist, will discuss the types of insurance needed for small businesses. Highlights of the seminar will include: taxes, licensing, accounting & record keeping, business plan development, sources of financing, marketing, and insurance.

The seminar fee is $10 if pre-registered or $15 at the door. Pre-register at www.loudounsbdc.org. Those who do not pre-register are not guaranteed seating or handouts.
